Inside, relax in a comfortable living room, enjoy meals or card games at the dining table, and retreat to a glamorous bedroom for the perfect end to your day.

Located in the Pearson Place Historic District next to Melrose, you will be staying on the property of our 1930s home with easy gate access to your private suite. The Butterfly Studio has a living area, king bed, and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flatscreen Smart TV with access to Netflix, HULU Live, and other entertainment choices, including sports channels—the spacious and secluded outdoor space with a grill, tables, bar, and lounging areas. The double French doors can stay open to bring the outdoors in—easy access to laundry facilities on the property. You can entertain, do yoga, listen to music, watch movies, or relax. Our goal is to make our home yours. Plenty of street parking. Safe keyless entry. Outdoor security camera monitoring. Outdoor Space: tables, bar, lounging areas, and a grill. Laundry Area: easy access between both the guest houses; we provide laundry detergent on the honor system. We live in the neighborhood just a few minutes away; it's our favorite neighborhood in Phoenix. The Butterfly Studio has keypad access with a unique code to access anytime during your stay. We're available anytime if you have questions or would like help. Reach sports stadiums like Chase Field and US Airways Center in just 5 minutes. Catch local bands at a wealth of nearby venues. Also close are iconic cultural destinations such as Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona Science Center, and the Children’s Museum. We are located in the heart of the city, where you can walk, ride, or light rail to over 40 restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, shopping, and art. When you arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we are about 10 minutes away, or jump on the light rail, and it will take you one block from our home for just a few dollars. Valley Metro Rail is one block from our home. Valley Metro Rail is a 26.3-mile (42 km)[1] light rail line operating in the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. Uber or Lyft are always only a few minutes away, and with the central location, you can get to most of Phoenix and surrounding areas for a low fare.

When you arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we are about 10 minutes away, or jump on the light rail at the station, and it will take you one block from our home for just a few dollars. Valley Metro Rail is one block from our home. Valley Metro Rail is a 26.3-mile (42 km)[1] light rail line operating in the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. Uber or Lyft are always only a few minutes away, and with the central location, you can get to most of Phoenix and surrounding areas for a low fare. Take a Waymo to get around town, a taxi with no driver that is available in our area. We love going places with Waymo, and it's affordable!
